Meet the team
Deb has 25+ years of experience in the media industry and her expertise includes working with both large and small companies in media, marketing, and PR. During her years in media sales, as well as sales management, her fluency in French allowed her to seamlessly bridge both the Quebec market and the ROC.
In addition to this, she has been an Instructor at Centennial College for 15 years, giving her a first-hand insight into the next industry movers and shakers. Believing in a client-centric approach, Deb has always worked diligently on behalf of clients to help create a strategy for success.
She brings her enthusiasm, relationship skills, and winning attitude to everything she does and her wide-ranging experience is what has enabled her to thrive in her current position as CEO of Media Staffing Inc.
Heidi is an advertising industry sales veteran with 26 years of experience in corporate media sales and sales leadership.
Throughout her media career, Heidi had the opportunity to work directly with people at various levels of various organizations, including direct clients, media agencies, PR agencies, creative agencies, publishers, and media vendors.
She has made significant contributions as a leader in developing go-to-market strategies and product and market launches and has led national and local sales teams. Heidi is well-known in the media world and brings enthusiasm, a passion for the business and a love of relationships to every search she works on.
Mandy Wong is an accomplished Product Marketing Professional specializing in tech and SaaS companies. Her extensive background in multiple marketing disciplines has driven significant growth and product adoption for companies like Allvision, CaptivateIQ, Unity Technologies, Ceridian-Dayforce, and Rogers Communications.
Mandy’s strategic vision and mentorship approach to leadership consistently deliver outstanding results.
